The following forms are due to our office no later than 5:00pm Friday, March 30, 2018:

·         2018-2019 CTEA Project Application (Word document)

·         2018-2019 CTEA Project Proposal Budget (Excel spreadsheet)

Note that there is a document entitled "2018-2019 CTEA Project Guidelines and Instructions." This form is not required to be turned in, it is a step-by-step guide explaining what is required on your project application. The forms have changed a bit, we are following the Chancellor's Office required information for the online application.

The project description, items #1 and #2, are limited to 2,000 characters. Please do not go over this amount of text. A concise and clear explanation of your project is what we are asking for - I have to transfer this information into the online application that the Chancellor's Office reviews. I can't easily edit five pages of text.

Applications that come in after 5:00pm on Friday, March 30, 2018 will be set aside and reviewed last. Advisory Committees play a major role in your funding, please make sure that if you didn't have a quorum in the fall, you've had one in the spring. As always, your Department Chair should review and sign off on your project application as well as your Supervising Administrator (Dean). Your Supervising Administrator should review and rank your proposal prior to it being sent to our office. If anything is incomplete, including missing signatures on your application packet, it will be returned to you. If you wait until the last minute, this will certainly be a problem for timely submission your project request.
