[ITT-staff] Cluster Meeting

Hi all,
Since we have not had a cluster meeting all semester and this month's meeting falls during spring break, it has been rescheduled to Friday, March 30th at 12 noon in the Maggini Conference Room. The agenda is attached and I have listed several important announcements/deadlines below. As always, Admin Assistants and Department Chairs are required to attend, Program Coordinators and Full-time Faculty are optional, and Adjuncts are welcome.

v Grants - 2018/2019 RFPs for CTEA and SWP are available now and due March 30th by 5pm, no exceptions. Please discuss any potential projects with your department chairs now and submit your complete proposal to Josh for review no later than Monday, March 26th.

v Faculty Evaluations -Classroom observations to take place between February 23rd and March 30th. Please complete observations and reports early as Spring is a very busy semester with many reports due. Meet and confer with Evaluee by Friday, April 6th

v PRPP -Data entry for resources requests, section 2, need to be complete by Friday, April 13th. Sections 4 & 6 are due May 11th. With all sections being due next year, it is a good idea to update as many as possible this year, to minimize the load next year.

v Curriculum Updates - There are 25 courses that are still due for full review this year. There are only 4 curriculum meetings left in this semester. Please forward updated curriculum to me as soon as possible.
Please note: There will be no remote access to these meetings. If you are unable to attend, your department chair should be sharing this information with you.
