Subject: Your Help Needed -Adjunct Missing Flex Deadline is approaching!

Dear Department Chairs and Deans-



The following 86(!) Adjunct Faculty still have flex credit balances outstanding.   Attached is the updated report by department of those who have not yet submitted either flex verification or an absence form and are in danger of being docked pay.



Remind Faculty to:



*        Record their flex directly into their faculty portal.  No forms are needed and the activity will be immediately credited towards their flex requirement!



*        Also, adjunct faculty may submit an online NOA for any missing flex time, if needed, to avoid payroll docking.  Once an NOA has been submitted, HR will notify Professional Development and we can clear their flex requirement.



The portal and online NOA system is available to them 24/7 through the SRJC website.  The deadline for flex is,  Monday May 1st, by 5:00PM.
