[ITT-staff] On campus class supply distribution protocols and form

Hello Ag/NR, Culinary Arts, ITT, and Shone Farm faculty and staff,

Attached is a new form the District is requiring when we want to have any planned activities on campus involving more than one employee.  This will be particularly relevant for distributing class supplies to support remote instruction in summer and fall.

I'd like to request that faculty and staff work with their Department Chairs, Lab support staff (Lab Coordinator/Operations Specialist/SLIA), and Administrative Assistants to prepare this form and allow me to provide input before we send it forward for review two weeks in advance of any planned activity. For recurring activities (i.e. food distribution in Culinary Arts) I believe we can provide one form and specify multiple dates.

This is new to all of us so please lets work together patiently and with ample planning as we navigate this new reality.
