[ITT-staff] ITT Spring cancellation and student notification

To all,

Attached is the letter that I will be sending out on Monday to Jane, AFA and Senate.

I am going to also login to everyone's portal and send the attached message to every student.  This is help make sure it is consistent to all students and that if someone doesn't get this or doesn't check their email, the students will know.

Also last chance to add or change anything on the letter to Admin if needed (Dave may have had an edit?)
