[ITT-staff] ITT Department class closure

Dear All,

I teach the Auto 80 class on Monday and Wednesday evenings and I also agree with Bill on how essential it is for the lab to be taught concurrently with the lecture. As of today, I have updated Canvass and provided my students with PowerPoints and lecture with some notes. It's understandable that they cannot be successful without the lab knowing that the lab work is paramount to their success.

During the time that is remaining, if possible, I am interested in participating in the distant education certification for adjunct instructors, ITT lab organization & cleanout, professional development & curriculum work, and other essential work that will need to be done for the Department and Campus.

I'm willing to do what is needed for the students and the Department that I serve to be safe and successful.

To all:

Please review the attached documents.  In phone discussions with the coordinators, we have come this conclusion for our programs and I want everyone to have any input on the matter before it is sent out of the department.

I would like to have input by today if possible so it can be sent out and get the students notified preferably tomorrow, or Monday, as we (and they) are probably wondering what is happening.

Please respond ASAP that you received this, and with any thoughts.
