Hi Jesse,
I inspected the roof fans Monday. I know they took a few off but they were called out to be removed on the plans. It looks like the ones that are there serve the areas you were concerned with , but most are non-operable. I am asking Fac Ops to service them and get them working again.
Looking for bricks for the patches. We didn’t have any in storage.
They still have punch list work to do. Trying to get them out next week for a close out walk. I would expect the lift to be there for a few more weeks.
The flashing is part of the punch list.

The air conditioner had an issue that they are correcting that Friday. The temps should come up next week.
The unit enclosure hasn’t been installed because of the problem mentioned above.

The phase two work will be re-bid in January for spring execution.

o   Inconsistent in classrooms 2320 and 2329 (set at 74, but holding 68)
