Subject: Mid Term Grades are due Sunday

Good morning Deans, Chairs, and Administrative Assistants,

Please follow up with your departments through section tracking this week to make sure all faculty are submitting their mid-term roster grades by this Sunday at 11:59 pm.

The midterm rosters link for all full-semester courses is currently active in the Manage Rosters screen of your faculty portal. The midterm link will remain active until 11:59 pm on Sunday, April 23, 2017.

Please remember that Midterm rosters are also available for all classes 8-weeks in length or greater.  The mid-term roster link for these short classes becomes available at the half-way point of each class through the last day to drop with a W for that specific class.  Please see the dates listed on your rosters for clarification.

Remember all important dates and deadlines are listed at the top of each roster in your faculty portal under "view rosters".

Midterm progress is important for students, therefore please be sure to submit progress indicators of S for Satisfactory (C or better) or U for unsatisfactory progress.
