Hello Everyone,

Just a friendly reminder that Thursday, August 18, 2016 is a District- department activities day (department activity) and Friday, August 19, 2016 is Professional Development Day (PDA). Both days are mandatory for ALL fulltime faculty. Adjunct faculty are welcome to attend the August 18 event (no flex credit offered). I have posted the agenda below.

*        Evaluation plan and rotation assignments

*        Coordinator Plans - outreach

*        Budget/CTEA spending review

*        Staffing requests and priority

*        PALS

*        Class fees review

*        Syllabi/accept assignments reminder and review.  Review syllabus policy- Required information.

*        Canvas

*        Committee - assignments

*        Cluster tech assignments

*        Form adjunct hiring committees for fall adjunct interviews - review what positions are needed-Review what positions are need

*        Start looking at the spring schedule
