[Isstest] adding new recipient to the isstest listserv

Added rgallimore at sonic.net<mailto:rgallimore at sonic.net> to the isstest listserv.
I think my gmail account is snafu after signing up for SRJC classes this spring.

This configuration may be botched up, as at the beginning of the semester I signed up as a new student.
The bearcubs account completely changed website. I got the suite of products when before it was only email.
I could have a restricted student account that can only send within the https://linkprotect.cudasvc.com/url?a=https%3a%2f%2fsantarosa.edu&c=E,1,d20Shv1Vtk_A8GwFtM8_oQc_bdDHEE-pVDbyEr2O08CD1yGYVyPMbgkOfNNyMkJ0yqMXw0DhBdI18Y55iAnzBIPD1z-YtqrgaTXR0p4juhRL7snN-KxI&typo=1 domain.
