[Isstest] New test of routing change

Changed routing, Sending buslisterv email through busmx2, rather than the barracuda tunnel.
The change was made in buslistserv:/etc/mail/https://linkprotect.cudasvc.com/url?a=https%3a%2f%2fsendmail.mc&c=E,1,lEfrpJFPLIS3lwTJJ3d_hlNst_PAbZ41BNAw7aMQg3k1PEtSoS9lxjlxbcEO1-TKBseLGF9c_DA1MLr-2s80ZwEuVwbwmKWMdLvvk9trjHDp5g,,&typo=1

It immediately sent yesterday's  deferred emails to two of Spruce's external accounts.

The emails I sent to rgallimore at bearcubs.santarosa.edu were sent yesterday, but did not arrive immediately.
Will check status of those test emails. They may be there this morning.
