[Cwstudents] UC Davis bus trip

The Discover UC Davis bus trip will take place on Friday, February 28, 2014. As has been past practice, first priority on the bus goes to our EOPS, CalWORKS, Puente, Veteran, and MESA students. We will take signs-ups until the bus is full on a first-come-first-serve basis. Students can also provide their own transportation to UC Davis. Registration for the FREE event will remain open until the program reaches its maximum capacity. Once the event is full, UC Davis cannot register additional attendees. So, even if spots are available on the bus, students need to register through the UC Davis registration system: http://admissions.ucdavis.edu/discover/ to reserve their spot at the event.

Please sign-up in the Transfer Center on the Santa Rosa campus, or in the Counseling Department on the Petaluma Campus. Students must reserve their spot on the bus in-person since the Transfer Center needs to have them sign a release of liability form, and also give them instructions on the bus pick-up location, and event registration.

EOPS, CalWORKS, Puente, Veteran, and MESA students have until Thursday, February 6th to reserve a seat on the bus. After that date we will open up the seats to the general SRJC student population.

Day-of Details:
7:00am: Bus leaves the Santa Rosa campus
7:40am: Bus leaves Petaluma Campus (pick-up by the flag pole)
9am-3:00pm: Discover UC Davis (Agenda: http://admissions.ucdavis.edu/discover/agenda.cfm)
4:30-5:30pm: Drop-off students at the Petaluma and Santa Rosa campuses (this time varies depending on traffic)
