The SRJC Health Sciences Department has an immediate need for Administrative II support for the Associate Degree Nursing and Vocational Nursing programs. The position is for 20 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-12:00pm for $21.89 per hour. This is an STNC (temporary) position to begin as soon as possible.

Skills:

Possess strong Microsoft office skills including Excel, Outlook, and Word. Ability to complete assigned tasks with a high degree of accuracy and completeness. Must be self-directed and able to complete tasks independently. Must maintain confidential records in accordance with HIPAA and FERPA regulations. Knowledge of health science regulations and roles is preferred but not required.



Duties Include but not limited to:

Assisting the ADN Director with daily operations including tracking student health requirements, communicating with students and healthcare partners; managing faculty time cards and tracking health requirements, preparing regulatory reports and documents, and other duties as assigned.  Assisting with applications for Vocational Nursing programs and accreditation items as needed by the Vocational Nursing Director.
