The Sonoma County Junior College District (Santa Rosa Junior College) is accepting proposals to design, develop and implement a content management program that will automate the process of collecting, organizing, prioritizing, and reporting program review data. In essence, the goal of this project is to create a web application that will collect responses to questions from each department of the college. This will be a concept to completion production. The purpose of this RFP is to provide a fair evaluation for all candidates and to provide the candidates with the evaluation criteria against which they will be judged. The existing Program Review process involves a Microsoft Word document in outline format with questions. Each program starts with a blank Outline Template and types in responses to the questions.
