used to fill future Wastewater Operator Trainee vacancies. The Laguna Treatment Plant is a 21.34 MGD tertiary filter treatment plant serving 230,000 people. It includes wastewater treatment, biosolids treatment (compost), and reclamation facilities. Operators
assigned to the plant are responsible for advanced systems, including computerized controls, activated sludge with BNR, filtration, ultraviolet disinfection and co-generation. While the current assignment is to the Laguna Treatment Plant, Wastewater Operators
