Hello All,

Summer is almost here! Pharm 157 Aseptic Training is online lecture/quizzes and we meet once a week in the lab for competency training.

If the JC registration system blocks you, print the form attached and bring it Saturday from 8am-9:30am in Emeritus 1588. I will sign it then you can fax it or bring it in person to Admissions and Records. They will release you to register!

Feel free to share this form with any pharmacy technician or pharmacist who wishes the Hospital Aseptic Training!
