NOTE: This is a posting for a FULL TIME position with a starting wage of $16 per hour.

A busy alternative medicine pharmacy and pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in San Rafael has an opening in customer service to receive orders from our customers over the phone, voice mail, web site, email, and fax.

Job Responsibilities:

This is a full-time, hourly position, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM in San Rafael. You will be responsible for providing day-to-day customer service for taking orders from practitioners and patients. This list of duties and responsibilities is illustrative only of the tasks performed by this position and is not all inclusive.

-Constant use of the computer, telephone, answering machine, electronic scanners, printers, or related equipment.
-Heavy use of computer database for processing customer orders.
-Type a minimum of 40 wpm with accuracy.
-Work well with the Customer Service Team, Pharmacis
