Come have a meal at Panera on 10/23/14 from 4-8 pm on Steele Lane and Mendocino Avenue in Santa Rosa.

2. Under "Donation Category" ....Select: Other.....
3. Under "Please designate my gift as follows" .....Type: "Pharmacy Technician Program Fund" in the space available for other designations.
