-Current California Technician license
-Excellent customer service skills (friendly and well mannered)
-Great attention to detail and organized
-Must be computer literate
-Ability to communicate effectively and professionally (written and oral)
-Ability to multi-task and work independently
-Working knowledge of Insurances, billing, PAs, and TARs (MediCal,
Medicare, and ADAP)
