Do you wish a pharmacy class this summer, you have the skills to succeed in Pharmacy 157 IV Compounding Training?

Limited enrollment left.

Fill out the attachment and fax the challenge form to AR with the reason 'ability to succeed".

Once they receive it you will be released to register usually within 8 hours, so go to your Cubby and register. I will sign it after they send it to me.

It is a hybrid class.

There are two lab sections, 8:20 AM to 10:30 AM and 10:30 am to 12:40 pm, Saturdays.

Lecture online with 8 face to face labs on Saturdays (all labs are mandatory and a certificate of achievement will be awarded after completion)

After registering for the course, students are to:
1) Go to the section homepage and Print the Skill Kit form, then go to Accounting in Bailey and pay $15 for a pharmacy technician lab skills kit.
 Bring receipt to 1st class meeting. http://online.santarosa.edu.

The online class opens June 1st, so one may begin a jumpstart. All the quizzes/tests are open.
