Pharmacy Tech
? Drive prescription and OTC sales
? Ensure all federal, state and privacy requirements are met
? Accurately enter prescription information
? Speak to guests about generics; proactively substitute where allowed by law
? Complete RTS report daily and effectively process partial fills
? Provide accurate promise times for prescriptions
? Help guests find over-the-counter products
? Ensure accuracy
? Resolve insurance issues
? Maximize in-stocks to ensure product is available for guests in one trip
? Process recall notifications immediately to ensure guests do not receive
