Dear Pharmacy Community,

I am writing to ask for your assistance in completing a short survey about Santa Rosa Junior College.  Santa Rosa Junior College’s Strategic Planning Task Force is asking our community members, colleagues and partners to take the opportunity to include their voices in the College’s strategic planning process by completing a brief online community survey.

Responses are confidential and will be integrated into the vision, goals, objectives and strategies to guide the college over the next 5 years. The survey should take approximately 10 minutes to complete.

SRJC President/Superintendent Dr. Frank Chong states: “It is vital for our community to have a voice in shaping the future of Santa Rosa Junior College.
