A well regarded retail pharmacy has an opening for Pharmacy Technician position in Oakland area.

Descriptions:
Under the direct supervision of pharmacist or pharmacy manager, perform pharmaceutical services according to state board standards and regulations:

1) excellent customer service skills, must be able to build a friendly relationship with customers.
2) ability to type prescription accurately, knowledgable on pharmaceutical and health-related products
3) pay attention to detail, retrieve, count and measure drugs, cap and uncap vials and bottles
4) proficient with insurance billing,. submitting Prior Auth, TAR requests

Requirements:

1) Licensed by CA state board of pharmacy
2) One-year experience in a retail setting is preferred
3) Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
4) Must be self-motivated, willingness to take initiative, a fast learner
