**This message is going to all Regular Faculty that have not yet been upgraded to Office 365.**

Dear Colleague,
As a District Regular Faculty member, your email service will be upgraded to Office 365 on November 17, 2014.

Future email communication regarding your upgrade will include "Office 365 Email" in the subject line.
Nearly 2,000 staff and faculty accounts have been successfully migrated to the new Office 365 email solution. The migration process is ongoing and we are preparing to migrate approximately 137 Regular Faculty accounts on November 17, 2014.

Migration Process

We have endeavored to streamline the process and minimize the impact of the migration to you. You will receive an automated e-mail message several days prior to the day of your migration from the SRJC Help Desk (help at santarosa.edu<mailto:help at santarosa.edu>). It will contain important details regarding your migration.

What to Expect

The migration process is automated. All you need to do is use the new system after the migration is completed.
There will be a new URL for accessing your email via a web browser once the migration is complete. Navigate to http://www.santarosa.edu/email and select "Outlook Web Application - For Office 365 Users Only." Read the FAQ<http://www.santarosa.edu/administration/administrative-services/information-technology/support/topic/145> to learn how to create a bookmark for this new link in your browser.

Office 365 Exchange Online provides users with an enhanced and accessible interface for email, calendar, contacts, and tasks across personal computers, web browsers, and mobile devices.
