<p class="MsoNormal">Dear College Community,<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Attached you will find a letter from the Chancellor’s Office congratulating a few of our career education programs. Multiple programs at our college received a Gold, Silver and Bronze stars for outstanding performance in meeting or exceeding
the Strong Workforce Program metrics. As many of you are aware, Santa Rosa Junior College received Strong Workforce Program grant funding for individual and regional project to create, improve, align with industry and provide equity for all in our CTE programs.
Several programs have earned the Bronze, Silver, and Gold Stars recognition because completers attained one or more of the following thresholds for economic mobility:<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">• An increase in earnings by 50% or more<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">• Attainment of the regional living wage by 70% or more<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">• 90% or more are employed in a job similar to their field of study<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Please join me in recognizing and congratulating the hard work of all those involved; faculty, staff and administration, in securing these funds, developing and implementing the projects and meeting or exceeding the metrics. We are extremely
