Hello ITT Department,
Hope you are well.
I signed up to provide a written update on the ITT Department at the October SRJC Board of Trustees meeting. This is a great opportunity to highlight our programs to the Board of Trustees and college community.
I'm attaching a few examples of written updates from previous months so you have an idea of what they look like. They typically range from 2-3 pages with short paragraphs and photos.
I need to draft the content in the next 7-10 days, in order to meet production timelines before the October 14th Board of Trustees meeting.
Short Request: By Friday, can you send me 3-4 highlights from each of the three programs (Welding, AMT, ATL)? These can be just 2-3 sentences.
For example, Bill recently had the President/CEO of OMW Corp (precision manufacturing) compliment him on the quality of the students he is referring to OMW and visit Bill's class to recruit.
For ATL, we will hopefully be able to report on the near completion of the lift project, as well as a reminder of the recent merger of Auto and Diesel into ATL.
For Welding, we can report on the expansion of the fabrication classes with new equipment.
For the entire Department, I can report on our enrollment/fill rate.
Thanks in advance for sending me a few highlights to include. Reach out if you have any questions.
Best,
Benjamin
