[ITT-staff] Congrats to Andrew Ebner for earning Tenure

Hello ITT Staff,

I just wanted to send a quick note congratulating Andrew Ebner for being granted tenure this week. Andrew has been a great member of the ITT Department and has contributed significantly to the development of the new Advanced Transportation and Logistics Program.

Congrats Andrew, this is an honor well earned.
