If you haven’t already seen or heard the good news, we were approved for a new instructor in the Advanced Transportation and Logistics Program.

Our dear colleague David Lemmer is retiring in May and can now rest easy knowing we will replace his position (but never replace him!).

At this time, the Superintendent/President has approved the following five (5) positions, listed in alphabetical order below, for advertising and recruitment in Spring 2026.



·       Advanced Transportation and Logistics

·       EOPS Counselor

·       Natural Resources Management

·       Radiation Technology

·       Wrestling Coach and Generalist



As always, the final hiring of these positions is contingent upon adequate funding and Board of Trustees’ approval.



Departments with approved positions should look for a follow-up email from the Office of Human Resources about opening these recruitments.



Dr. Garcia and I deeply appreciate the Faculty Staffing Committee for considering the needs of students, instructional departments, and our organization in its efforts toward this year’s faculty staffing process.
