Dear Faculty Colleagues:
As students are signing up for our classes for the Spring 2026 semester, AFA wants to know how many requests you are getting for add codes for your classes. We want to collect this information and share it with the administration and the Board of Trustees, so that they are aware of the need to add more sections. We also want the administration and the Board to realize the amount of emails each faculty member is receiving and responding to, which is a work load issue.

Ultimately, our goal is to use this information to recommend to the District that more sections of certain courses are needed to serve student needs.
