[ITT-staff] Diesel shop items removed from under cover and rained on.

To all:

I arrived today to find my fuel injection test bench left out side in the Auto parking lot covered in rain water.  When I left my shop on Tuesday night it was under the covered Diesel storage area.

PLEASE DO NOT move Instructional Equipment outside of rain protected areas without confirming what it is.
