For the Thursday August 15 Meeting from 9a -11a Departmental SLO Analysis Sessions, please plan on meeting in the Office area of Lounibos. I can create a Zoom session if needed.

We have very little data from last semester, but I want to use that time to go over how to integrate the SLO outcomes into Canvas, and make it much easier to complete this Semester.

This is to provide additional details regarding the Fall 2024 District-Designated Activities Day, scheduled for Thursday, August 15, 2024.

It has been structured for academic departments to engage in meaningful analysis of disaggregated Student Learning Outcome (SLO) data and archive online documentation of the analysis for ongoing availability and future reference.

Disaggregated SLO Data

The Office of Institutional Effectiveness Research and Planning (IERP<https://linkprotect.cudasvc.com/url?a=https%3a%2f%2fresearch.santarosa.edu%2f&c=E,1,AU-RFF0mXV57hPF2uwfr6e5wtMdqNLwKdNsWNS0pYIZOtQ8kdAce2q-jc8zuLGw5_z8XcTa3SrBlpeaONtOAExpz_99vXSmhSASSHPhDJc2vKFmBywl0&typo=1>) has made disaggregated SLO data from Spring 2024 available to department chairs.

Attendance at Fall 2024 District-Designated Activities Day is required of contract faculty members.  Associate faculty members are invited to attend and will receive up to 3 hours of compensation at the base, hourly rate.
