[ITT-staff] Employee Access Badges

Dear ITT Faculty and Staff,

This semester District Police is beginning its security upgrade project for the Santa Rosa Campus, which includes the Lounibos Building. Part of this upgrade is replacing the main office doors and external shop doors with an electronic access system which uses proximity (key) cards to access the building.

Please note: these key cards will be in addition to your brass keys, which you will keep for the offices and internal classroom doors.

Here is what I need from you:

  1.  Let me know if you already have a key card or if you need a key card.
  2.  If you do not have a key card, please email me a photograph for your key card creation.

  *   The photo should be a selfie or passport style headshot.

If you are working this fall semester, it is important that you respond and submit a photo ASAP.
