[ITT-staff] ITT Department class closure

All,
I agree 100% agree with Jesse's assessment and concur that courses with the lab component should be cancelled this semester. I am currently creating online content for all the lecture portions of the courses, but the students will not get the training they need to be successful if they cannot be properly and safely trained on the equipment in the machining laboratory.

To all:

Please review the attached documents.  In phone discussions with the coordinators, we have come this conclusion for our programs and I want everyone to have any input on the matter before it is sent out of the department.

I would like to have input by today if possible so it can be sent out and get the students notified preferably tomorrow, or Monday, as we (and they) are probably wondering what is happening.

Please respond ASAP that you received this, and with any thoughts.
