Need information about using campus facilities while working remotely? Start here:

1.     You can use your office.

2.     If you need to use classrooms, labs or other campus spaces, the District requests that you please use the following form to alert our public safety and facilities folks of your intention to use campus facilities: https://linkprotect.cudasvc.com/url?a=https%3a%2f%2facademicaffairs.santarosa.edu%2fform%2ffaculty-access-college-facilitiessites-remote-instruction.&c=E,1,pf1NlAsAf3WXZsWWQqsNs1Zc-f0ODbQBU1HzZ9l5ZPj0mEsbo1Alcb6Q--Vcv9avS-6C8mmyWrckm8dnPBZ_XJysknZsJ8QRXHSFVfmEBQ,,&typo=1 Filling out the form is a courtesy to the District, enabling them to plan for the cleaning of campus facilities, and avoid scheduling conflicts.

3.     The District requests that you maintain social distancing, wash your hands frequently, and clean any items used (before and after) in District facilities.

4.     If you need the presence of anyone other than yourself-for example, classified professional or other support staff-please contact that person's supervisor and VP to make arrangements.

5.     You must wear facial coverings before you enter any indoor facility or any enclosed open space, or while outdoors when unable to maintain a six-foot distance from another person at all times.

6.     You must perform a symptoms self-check before using District facilities.

7.     You can use your 2019/20 parking permit while on campus. If you need a parking permit, please contact Natalia Slasten in Accounting at nslasten at santarosa.edu<mailto:nslasten at santarosa.edu>.
