Greetings Faculty Colleagues:

I am writing you (again) as a faculty colleague and member of the EEOAC<https://linkprotect.cudasvc.com/url?a=https%3a%2f%2fbussharepoint.santarosa.edu%2fcommittees%2feeoa%2fSitePages%2fCommittee%20Home%20Page.aspx&c=E,1,DC_DhWIYybstGURx_DvhtFmyo_2WL36Q4_q8vvcyzaJqTc5_D_A6KC1fjjQquFkZGn00XVUxsVEtFPDa75mwbIFD8RUnuLOG50yX0lcx6XEUwQ,,&typo=1> to ask you to please, please encourage students to take the Diversity and Inclusion Climate Survey. At this time only 3% of all students have completed the survey! The simplest message to give them is that they can find a link to this in their student portal (cubby). Students also received an email from Pedro Avila, but going to their cubby is the most direct and simplest way to find the survey.  Some helpful details:


  *   The survey will be open until November 30th.
  *   A dedicated group of faculty, staff, administrators, and students reviewed all questions on the survey to make sure it is as applicable and confidential as can be.
  *   This is a first-of-its-kind survey at SRJC: it asks detailed questions regarding how well our services and resources meet the needs of all at SRJC
  *   There are incentives available for students at the Student Services offices at both campuses. Students should take a screen shot of the last page of the survey (if smartphone used to answer) or bring a printout of the last page with them to redeem prizes while supplies last.
  *   Please consider giving students extra credit for taking the survey.
