[ITT-staff] Confirmation of Fall Assignment needed ASAP

Hi all,
If you have not already done so, please follow the steps below to confirm your tentative Fall 2016 teaching assignments. Failure to do so could result in your class being given to someone else. If you have any questions, please let me know. Additionally, Spring 2016 grades are due no later than 11:59pm on Friday, June 3rd. Please be sure to get them uploaded in SIS including positive attendance hours.

Please Note: Santa Rosa Junior College is closed on Fridays beginning June 3rd through July 29th. We will re-open on Fridays beginning August 5th.


  1.  Log into your faculty portal and click on "Instructor Load" (While you are in there, come back to the home page and enter your office hours for summer as well)

  1.  Select the appropriate semester from the drop-down menu and on the bottom left of the screen click on "View Tentative Faculty Agreement".

  1.  Review (and print if you choose) the letter below, then click accept in the lower left corner.
