[ITT-staff] Changes beginning Summer 2016

Hi BPS Faculty,
There have been many changes afoot and here is the latest. In addition to enforcing the use of an SRJC email account as the official form of communication, it is now going to be enforced that you log into your faculty portal and confirm (accept) your tentative assignment each semester beginning with Summer 2016. Failing to do so could result in your class being given to someone else. If you have a summer assignment and have not yet confirmed your it, please follow these steps to do so ASAP.


1.       Log into your faculty portal and click on "Instructor Load" (While you are in there, come back to the home page and enter your office hours for summer as well)

2.       Select the appropriate semester from the drop-down menu and on the bottom left of the screen click on "View Tentative Faculty Agreement".

3.       Review (and print if you choose) the letter below, then click accept in the lower left corner.
