So, the reason a lot of you are having trouble confirming your Fall assignment is that that information was released in error. Please watch your email beginning in July to confirm your Fall assignments. If you already confirmed Fall, you will need to do it again in July.

Also, the only people who need to confirm assignments are adjunct faculty and contract faculty with an overload.

  1.  Log into your faculty portal and click on "Instructor Load" (While you are in there, come back to the home page and enter your office hours for summer as well)

  1.  Select the appropriate semester from the drop-down menu and on the bottom left of the screen click on "View Tentative Faculty Agreement".

  1.  Review (and print if you choose) the letter below, then click accept in the lower left corner.
