August 18, 2016 is a District- department activities day. This is a required day for ALL fulltime faculty. Adjunct faculty are welcome to attend (no flex credit offered). I have posted the agenda below.

*        CRC course review list - assign courses to faculty for review

*        SLO plan, list, and assignments

*        Evaluation plan and rotation assignments

*        Coordinator Plans - outreach

*        Budget/CTEA spending review

*        Staffing requests and priority

*        PALS

*        Class fees review

*        Syllabi/accept assignments reminder and review.  Review syllabus policy- Required information.

*        Canvas

*        Committee - assignments

*        Cluster tech assignments

*        Form adjunct hiring committees for fall adjunct interviews - review what positions are needed-Review what positions are need

*        Start looking at the spring schedule
