[ITT-staff] Electronic NOA System

Good Morning BPS Cluster,

I am forwarding a message from HR below regarding the BPS Cluster participating in a beta test of the new NOA system.  You will receive an e-mail from HR with instructions on how to submit NOAs around April 1st, at which point all staff will submit their NOAs electronically.  As this is a trial, HR is looking for your feedback on the process and experience.  When the message comes out from HR, there will be directions on providing that feedback.

I am personally excited about moving away from triplicate forms and think this system will be more efficient.

Josh and Will,

I understand that Don Webb has approached you about the electronic NOA program that has been developed to ask if you would be willing to have BAD and Learning Resources serve as our initial test group before we convert to all faculty/staff utilizing the program. HR and IT have both tested the program, but we haven't had any faculty input on the project yet. We hope to have the faculty NOA finalized around April 1 and we will be ready to roll this out to your departments soon thereafter. Please confirm that you have notified your faculty/staff that they will be submitting NOA's electronically so that by the time they receive our message to pilot the project, they are forewarned about this new process.
