[Isstest] Sending a message to the listserv

You don't get a copy of a message from the listserv if you sent it.
I think that is the "me too" listserv setting.

I did not write exactly what I meant....

orig: Warning prepend SHOULD appear in NON-o365 email address, but SHOULD
NOT appear in o365 email address.

edite: Warning prepend SHOULD NOT appear in NON-o365 email address, and
SHOULD NOT appear in o365 email address.
