</span></span>There will be a $20 participation fee for all of those hosting exhibits or concession booths. This is to help cover the overhead of such a large event. It assures you of a 10x10 space, table and chairs, and up to 4 free t-shirts. The online participation
application explains how to make payments.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="text-indent: -0.25in;"><span>2.<span style="font: 7pt "times new roman";">
</span></span>Clubs and departments are <b><span style="color: red;">able to sponsor outside, non-SRJC food vendors/trucks</span><span style="color: #1f497d;">
</span></b>on a first-come, first serve basis. This will enable you to raise funds (the food vendors will donate a portion of their proceeds to the club or department), while helping mitigate risk of food handling and preparation issues. The guidelines and
