Joann:  I do not believe this will be a problem, though I've copied PLC and Shirley just in the event we have plans for the canopies.  I appreciate that Brandon and Art will ensure that they return safe and sound.  I'll let you know if I hear of any objections.  For now, you can assume this is approved.

Hui Pulama Mau would like to know if we could borrow 12 canopies for Day Under the Oaks? Brandon from IT said he will be responsible for them & Art could drop them off anytime the week before the event.
