You could check with Betsy about how Arts & Lectures uses the recording. I know that a copy is kept on at each of the libraries so that people who missed the lecture can view it at a later time. 

Thank you, Violet, for doing so much to bring Kumu Shawna to campus. I will be watching over video from Petaluma.

I was thinking the group invited her but yes I am doing the introduction,  Foundation , Media Services,, and  Community Education have all contacted me and I have confirmed that I will do the introduction.

I have a release of Authorization to reproduce physical likeness.

Not sure if she will want it recorded, I will speak to her about that before I submit the release.

I'll provide a lei for her.
