The invoice will come from James Blue when the processing of slides is finished - most likely
next week. Rather than paying with the Planetarium Budget Code, it is being paid for through
the Newman Grant through Foundation.

I spoke to the gal at the Foundation office, they prefer that Media Services provide an invoice type document, with the Media Services Budget code, I will submit it with a form that she has sent to me and they will go ahead and reimburse or pay for the services.

They prefer it not to be vague, please itemize your service, ie.  Slides, etc.

She knows this differs from how it was done in the past but this is how they prefer it done.

Hi Violet,
I haven't seen any job for the Hawaiian event come through yet. Do you know how many slides are being done—I could give you an estimate? Usually, I don't see a job until it is completed and ready for billing. At that time I fill out an Interdepartmental transfer form for when they pick up the  materials.  I will need a budget code to charge – can you send me?

I can you send me written documentation for the charges that we will incur for the planetarium slides for the Hawaiian event?

I will get you the budget code if you do not already have it, we just need documentation as it needs to be provided for the grant.  If you have the budget code just send me the paperwork.
