Aloha,
Sorry that the video conference did not work today. As our time is valuable, I thought it would be better spent if you all met and sent out the meeting notes later.
JoAnn's work schedule changed so she will not be able to join the noon time meetings (very often) in the future. However, she does want to stay involved so we need to keep her in the loop.
The only thing I was going to report on was the Petaluma Campus Wednesday night film series. Mike Traina was not able to incorporate any Hawaiian films into the line-up. He had been considering From Here to Eternity and The Descendants, but there were other films that better met the class lesson criteria in the end.
I will contact Bob Miyashiro at a later date to work on the display for Mahoney Library.
Thanks!
Jo

Aloha!
Lynda and I attended the Day Under the Oaks meeting last week and there is much to do by the deadline in the beginning of February.
Also wanted to start learning "May Day is Lei Day in Hawaii" song.
Other fun things were thought of like lei-making, but we'll probably save them for a weeknight gathering.
We'll meet to kick start our new year into gear.
Mahalo,
Liko and Lauren
