The luau  venue is supposed to be the Bertolini Dining room and the SAC in Bertolini.  Gordon was going to contact Robert to see where the approval was at.  He has not responded to be at all. so I'm not sure if we have the venue secured or not at this point.

Here are my notes from today:
We need to find more volunteers to help us with the events
Where is Luau venue?
Let's create an organizational Calendar for all the activities to help us set benchmarks to meet in the spring
7 Meetings in spring-meet twice a month on 1st and 3rd Wednesdays?  Will this work for everyone?
We suggest a planning retreat of 3 hours to help us hit the ground running in the spring.  I'm happy to create a Doodle poll to find a date, if there's enough interest.
Food at DUO?  Lunch Wagon?
Are we meeting on Dec.  18th?
