[HuiPulamaMau] Luau Ticket Prices

Violet, mahalo for your review of the endowment documents and recommendations!

As discussed at our meeting the other day, we are able to have a "ticketed event" per our application guidelines for the endowment we received.
So with that, can we have a discussion on a charge for the luau?  Do we want to charge and if we do how much should that charge be?  I will need to put that on our Use of Facilities Application.

So perhaps we can charge varying rates to make it more student accessible. General Public $25, SRJC Students with ID $15, etc. Do we know the capacity of the venue? I am thinking we should limit the amount of tickets/people served to make it more feasible for us.

Thinking about it now, we should come up with a quick menu to determine cost too. <sigh>
