Thank you Violet for keeping us on track with the facilities application!

The SRJC Football Fundraiser charged $40 per person to cover dinner, wine & entertainment. They sold out. They also had some auction items.  I'll attach their flyer for reference.

In our RNCEE Grant application we stated that SRJC students would get priority and "steep discounts" to encourage participation. So we probably have to state the different charges.

Sorry to have missed that meeting!

As discussed at our meeting the other day, we are able to have a "ticketed event" per our application guidelines for the endowment we received.

So with that, can we have a discussion on a charge for the luau?  Do we want to charge and if we do how much should that charge be?  I will need to put that on our Use of Facilities Application.
