Drug Turn In/Child Safety Seat Event

On Saturday April 26th from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. the Santa Rosa Area CHP and the US Drug Enforcement Administration will provide the public with the opportunity to prevent pill abuse and theft by ridding their homes of potentially dangerous expired, unused, and unwanted prescription and over the counter drugs. Bring your medications for disposal to the CHP office at 6100 LaBath Ave. in Rohnert Park. This service is free and anonymous.

In addition, the CHP will also be providing free child safety seat check ups. Officers have found that in most cases, child safety seats are installed incorrectly. Please call ahead to make an appointment.
